How to Contact via in-game Customer Service option

Players must launch the game on their devices and tap on the Start button to launch the Home Screen. Once the in-game home screen has loaded, they must adhere to the steps below:

  • Tap on the humanoid icon present on the top right corner of the in-game home screen. This would take you to the in-game Support menu.
  • The in-game support menu has two sections, namely, FAQ and Service Record. Under the FAQ section, you will find that the Developers have already addressed the Frequently Asked Queries pertaining to redeem codes, in-game bugs, account-related issues, payment-related issues, and various other categories. To view the solution/fix to a certain query, you just need to navigate to the category under which your issue falls and tap on the relevant question. You will likely find your exact issue over there.

Reporting a Bug

If your issue persists or you are facing an in-game bug, you need to escalate the case to the Customer Service team. To do so, adhere to the steps below:

  • Go back to the FAQ section under the in-game Support menu. Tap on the Contact Customer Service link present at the bottom of the FAQ page.
  • This would take you to the Ticket raising page. You will be asked to furnish the following inputs next:
    • The Category of your issue (Choose the one that best describes your issue).
    • Issue Occurring Time
    • A Detailed Description of your issue.
    • Attachments in the form of videos and screenshots for better assistance. (File size should not exceed 20 MB).

  • Once you are done providing all the information asked, tap on the Submit button to successfully Raise a Ticket. You can keep a tab on your Tickets raised under the Service Record section.

It must be noted that the Customer Service team will be active from 9:00 U.T.C to 23:00 U.T.C every day. It would be better if you raise your Ticket during this window.
