How to Contact via in-game Customer service option

Players must launch the game on their devices. Once the in-game home screen has loaded, they must adhere to the steps below:

  • Once the in-game home screen loads, tap on the three-line bar located at the top-right corner of the screen.
  • A drop-down list of menus would appear to the right of your screen next. Navigate to the Settings option from this menu.
  • The in-game Settings menu has seven tabs, namely, Basic, Graphics, Controls, Sensitivity, Loot, Audio, and Language. Players must stay on the Basic tab and tap on the Service option located right at the bottom of the menu. Whenever you visit this section, the game would require permission to access your phone’s camera for better assistance.
  • Once you have given the same, you would be re-directed to the in-app customer center of ZOZ: Final Hour.

  • On the Support tab of the Customer Center, you will find that the developers have only listed the Bug Reports under the FAQ section as of now. Only one bug has been addressed over there. To view the fix for it, simply tap on the Bug Report button present under the FAQ section.

Reporting a Bug

It is likely that your issue has not been addressed yet under the FAQ section. Fret not, to get your issue fixed, you can even raise a ticket from the in-game Service Center. Adhere to the steps below to do so:

  • Visit the Bug Report Section under FAQ.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the Bug Report Page, and tap on the Contact Us button once you find it.
  • This would take you to the Ticket Raising Page where you would be asked to describe your issue in detail and attach relevant screenshots from your issue. The screenshots field is not mandatory, however, we insist you add screenshots if any for quick and better assistance.

  • You can successfully raise a ticket by tapping the Submit button after you have finished describing your problem. By going to the History tab, which is located below the Support tab, you may see the status of your problem. Within 48 hours of raising a ticket, your issue will be addressed.
