The most awaited RPG  Avatar: Reckoning is scheduled to enter a closed beta test for Android devices exclusively in the Philippines on June 7, 2023. The game is being developed by Archosaur Games and will be published by Tencent’s subsidiary Level Infinite.

Avatar: Reckoning picks up after the events of the first film

Built on Unreal Engine 4, Avatar: Reckoning was officially announced on January 13, 2022, with a closed beta set to begin the following month in Canada. The release date then was scheduled for any time in the year 2022 which later got postponed to a 2023 release.

The fans of Avatar should not miss out on the game, as the plot picks up after the events of the first film, even though the sequel for the same has been released. However, the story does not correspond to the actual events of the films. Set in Pandora, players will find new Na’vi clans battling to defend their land and compete with the RDA for resources.

In the game, players can build their own avatar, who can level up and be outfitted with clothing and weapons. A varied range of options are most likely available. As far as gamemodes are concerned, single-player and co-op modes, as well as PVE and PVP modes, will be available on launch.

To opt in for the closed beta, players from the Philippines can head over to the official website to fill out the questionnaire, and they will be contacted via email if qualified for the test. The global release date is yet to be announced, so stay tuned for updates from the site and the official Discord server.
