Call of Duty: Mobile Season 5 gets gritty with The Boys collaboration on the way

Really hyped for Season 5!

Story Highlights
  • The Boys is coming to Season 5 of Call of Duty: Mobile, which also lines up with the final season of the series.
  • We can expect three playable characters along with themed bundles and rewards.
  • More details are yet to be revealed.

Activision Publishing, Inc. has officially announced a brand-new collaboration for Call of Duty: Mobile with none other than the global phenomenon, The Boys. This upcoming crossover is arriving in Season 5 of the game and has already generated solid buzz in the community.

Get ready for a grand collaboration between CODM and The Boys

After having a grand collab in both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Warzone back in 2023, The Boys is finally coming to CODM. Now, for those unfamiliar, which shouldn’t be the case, Eric Kripke’s The Boys flips the traditional superhero idea, showcasing a world where they’re the actual corrupt ones.

Now, even though I’ve not been playing CODM as regularly as I used to, I’m definitely getting tempted by this collab. The timing is just perfect as I’m currently watching episode 2 of Season 5 while writing this. The PC version was a great success, offering Starlight, Homelander, and Black Noir as characters.

We can expect three playable characters, themed bundles, and more

According to reports from Variety, the collab is expected to feature three playable characters, along with themed bundles, exclusive in-game content, and various rewards. I hope, like the MWII one, we get Homelander and Starlight, though Billy Butcher and Soldier Boy will be great too, just like PUBG: Mobile one.

That said, Activision has not revealed much information about the collaboration yet, except that it is coming in Season 5, which also aligns with the current season of The Boys. So, stay tuned for more updates as we can expect more details soon.
