ChillyRoom, the creators behind Meow Hunter and Soul Knight Prequel, has announced that its latest top-down roguelike action title, Shadow of the Depth, is available as Open Beta for Android in select regions. Additionally, pre-registration for the game is available on both Android via the Google Play Store and iOS via the App Store.

Shadow of the Depth is a roguelike action game with a top-down perspective that is set in a dark medieval fantasy realm, allowing you to take on the role of a warrior, assassin, mage, and more. You can explore ever-changing dungeons of light and shadow to eliminate monsters that threaten your home.
The game features a good storyline in which the village where Arthur, the blacksmith’s son, lives is overrun by a horde of monsters and ultimately consumed by raging flames. You will get to witness his relentless path of revenge as Arthur embarks on this vengeful journey.

In this game, you can try out five different play styles by choosing from five distinct characters, each with their unique abilities and characteristics, offering you a diverse gameplay experience. Shadow of the Depth’s Open Beta is now available for Android in select regions, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, the United Kingdom, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. You can try the same on Android ahead of launch.
The game has also opened pre-registration for both Android and iOS, which can be done via your respective Google Play Store and App Store. According to the App Store listing it is expected to be released on December 31, 2024.
