Clash Royale has revealed its May 2026 season, and Season 83 has plenty in store. Starting off with an Album Event to multiple game modes and a Sudden Death league, there’s plenty to keep you busy this Siege and Swish season. Here’s a full breakdown of everything coming in May.
Clash Royale May 2026: Events, Challenges, Tournaments, and Rewards
Game Modes, Events, and Challenges
1. Album Event: Bowler’s Mixtape
Running from May 4 to May 25, 2026, the Album Event returns with a new theme called Bowler‘s Mixtape. Just like before, you collect Snippets, complete Scenes, and unlock rewards along the way.
From what I can see, the rewards include cosmetics, cards, Lucky Chests, and progression items. It follows the same collection-style system, so you’ll need to stay active daily to complete it fully.
2. Hero Draft Mode
The Hero Draft event runs from May 4 to May 11, 2026. You draft your deck from a set of options and build around Hero mechanics. It plays out similarly to previous draft modes, but with heroes.
3. Heist Mode
Heist returns from May 11 to May 18, 2026, with its Challenge running from May 15 to May 18. This mode plays very differently from standard battles. Instead of Crown Towers, you and your opponent each have a Safe placed where the King Tower usually is. The goal is simple: destroy the enemy Safe before they destroy yours.
Competitive League and Global Tournament
Sudden Death League
Running from May 18 to May 28, 2026, Sudden Death League brings a fast-paced, competitive format that we all love, with a little extra rush of Elixir.
Mega Draft Tournament
The Mega Draft Global Tournament runs from May 5 to May 10, 2026. You build your deck by drafting cards one by one, while also seeing your opponent’s choices. You can push for leaderboard rankings and badges.
Clash Royale May 2026 Rewards Overview
Rewards this season are spread across events, challenges, and tournaments. From the Album Event alone, you can earn Tower Skin, Emotes, and Lucky Chests by completing Scenes. The most important reward is the Bowler Hero Fragments to unlock the new Hero.
