Free Fire, the mobile-based survival Battle Royale is known for having a lot of beautiful skins available for various in-game items ranging from Backpacks, fists to weapons and characters. Free Fire in its attempt to widen its fanbase across the world is partnering with Santander Bank to debut at the Sao Paulo Fashion Week beginning on November 17th, 2021.
Garena will showcase 20 skins representing the Battle Royale at the event which have been designed by Daniel Ueda and Alexandre Hercovitch, who are big names in the Brazillian fashion industry. Some of the skins that will be adjusted to real-life trends include Sakura, Urban Heart, Angelic Pants, and Hip Hop. The modeling team boasts of world-famous Isabeli Fontana and Mary Martellar along with athletes, influencers, and trainers invited by Santander bank.
Free Fire will be the first mobile game to feature at an international fashion show
The fashion industry has partnered with games earlier as well as a collaboration which is a great way to drive fans to the game while also being a marketing activity for the fashion brand. Luxury brand Burberry partnering with Honour of Kings and Louis Vuitton, League of Legends partnerships are examples of the same.
However, Free Fire featuring at Sao Paulo Fashion Week as a part of this collaboration is the first time that a mobile game is going to feature at an international fashion show, making the battle royale more accessible to the world by breaking the digital barrier.
Free Fire will be part of the fashion parade which involves an immersive and action-packed presentation using High definition LED panels, lasers, moving lights, and an exclusive track. Moreover, to celebrate the event Garena has also created a special skin that will be available to clients of Santander Bank.
The fashion show will be streamed live on November 17th, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. CT on São Paulo Fashion Week’s social media accounts and Free Fire will be joining the fashion parade at 7:30 P.M. on November 17th, 2021.
