Kentucky Route Zero developed by Cardboard Computer and published by Annapurna Interactive is now available to be played on mobile devices as part of Netflix’s venture into the mobile gaming industry. Kentucky Route Zero is available to be played through Netflix Games. The game as its console edition is a narrative-heavy game, It is a point-and-click adventure game.
Kentucky Route Zero as the developers define “is a magical realist adventure game about a secret highway running through the caves beneath Kentucky, and the mysterious folks who travel it.” The game on PC and Consoles is divided into several parts, with each part being released in recent years.
The game is available on PC, Consoles, and Linux but with the help of Netflix games and Publisher Annapurna Interactive, Kentucky Route Zero has made a mobile debut too.
The game banks on the interactive and engaging story which takes the players on a journey filled with brilliant dialogues and interesting in-game characters whom you encounter. The game received a very warm reception on its arrival on PC and console versions. The aim of the game is to find a way to an address that at first seems to not exist but later is discovered to be only reached by a secret underground route, Route Zero.
Kentucky Route Zero is now available on Android and iOS
The game by the Cardboard Computer is now available to be downloaded on Android and iOS as claimed by the developers, “The mobile version of KRZ which we’ve been working on all year is now available to download! You need a Netflix account, but otherwise, the download is free.”
The game as they claim would be similar to the PC and console versions but will also include some regional languages to increase the penetration into the Asian markets.
The game as we stated before was received warmly by fans across different platforms partly because of the story and interesting characters the game had, how Kentucky Route Zero would do on mobile devices is still unknown. According to the fans on Reddit and other community platforms, players seem to be rejoiced by the news that this story-driven game is making a debut on mobile devices.
