The Call of Duty Mobile (CODM) event in the Snapdragon Pro Series (SPS) Season 3: NA has ended with Luminosity Gaming being crowned the champion. After defeating Team Mayhem in a 4-2 scoreline in the grand finals, the team took the trophy home as well as secure a place in the upcoming World Championship Finals 2023. Except for the champion, the following two teams Mayhem and Tribe Gaming also secured their place at the year finale event of COD Mobile.
CODM SPS Season 3 NA: How it went for the champion Luminosity Gaming
With a total of 8 teams from the North American region, the esports event kicked off on the 6th of July 2023. After the regular season play, the top 4 teams advanced to the offline Playoffs stage that took place in Seattle.
The CODM SPS Season 3 NA champion team faced off against Devious in the Upper Bracket Semifinals and picked up an easy win of 3-0. A similar scoreline was also spotted in the other semifinal where runner-up Mayhem defeated Tribe Gaming.
The grand final match was held between Luminosity Gaming and Mayhem. The match was a BO7, but the champion was ahead of a round as they had an upper bracket advantage. However, both were looking close to each other in the final match.
The first round went to the champion’s pocket while the next was taken by the runner-up and it continued to the first four rounds. Later, Luminosity took the fifth round and the score was 4-2. Thus, the team became the ultimate champion.
Luminosity Gaming took a majority of the Prize Pool home
A total of $25,000 was featured as the prize pool of the event. The share of each team based on their ranking is as follows.

The event is organized by ESL and Activision. Several mobile titles were featured in the just concluded pro series in Seattle. On the same day, Aphelion eSports won the Clash of Clans event after defeating United Gaming in the grand finals. The Snapdragon Pro Series is the world’s largest multi-genre mobile esports competition.
There are six regions in the series and each regional event features a sum of mobile titles including Brawl Stars, Mobile Legends Bang Bang, Clash Royale, etc. Before the grand final took place, Snapdragon Pro Series (SPS) Season 3 North America started on the 6th of July and ended on the 4th of September.
