A new Hero, Nolan, has of recently been released on the advanced server. His release would imply he is going to be the 122nd Hero in Mobile Legends. This Hero is pretty unique and intriguing as he is an Assassin Hero who is energy dependent like Heroes like Fanny and Ling. Abilities
Passive – Dimensional Rift
Nolan’s skills can cut through space itself, leaving a rift on the ground that last 5s and slows enemies that come into contact with it by 30%. When a rift comes into contact with another Rift, it will explode after a short delay, dealing 150 (+120% Total Physical ATK) Physical Damage and pulling enemies in.
Nolan gains extra 15 energy for each enemy hero or creeps hit by a rift explosion. When multiple hit explosion hits the same enemy at the same time, the subsequent damage would be reduced to 75% of the previous hit. After every 6s, Nolan will enhance his next Basic Attack to dash and pierce the target for (+120% Total Physical ATK) Physical Damage while creating a Rift.
Skill 1 – Expansion
Nolan cuts a Rectangular area in front of him dealing 230/280/330/380/430/480(+40% Total Physical ATK) Physical Damage and slowing targets hit by 30% for 1s.
Skill 2 – Gauge
Nolan charges in the target direction, dealing 70/100/130/160/190/220(+30% Total Physical ATK) Physical Damage to enemies in his path.
Skill 3 – Fracture
Nolan slashes enemies in front, dealing 100/150/200 (+15% Total Physical ATK) Physical Damage 3 times leaving and leaving 3 rifts. Meanwhile, Nolan removes all debuffs on him and slashes backward.
Skill Analysis and Hero Overview
Nolan is a very unique hero that’s just like Fanny as he also depends on Energy for the use of his skills. Hence it would be more advisable to Jungle with him as the Purple buff would greatly assist him in his Energy consumption.
Moreover, the Rift that Nolan creates from his Passive Enhanced Basic Attack and mainly from his Skills are quite cool as they possess a very good visual effect, a Crowd control effect as well as Damage for enemies who comes in contact with it. Hence, Nolan’s Gameplay revolves around the proper usage of the Rifts he creates.
Analyzing his skills, we realize that Nolan’s Passive ability is quite cool as it provides CC effect and Damage that can be quite useful during ganks or team fights. While his First Skill is an AOE damage ability that possesses considerably low Cool down, it would be regarded as Nolan’s main damage skill. His Second skill enables him to blink in a target direction whilst dealing damage to them, hence it provides extra mobility and damage since it helps one to create an extra Rift.
