Playdigious announces Sparklite mobile version

Set to come soon to Android and iOS devices!

Sparklite, an actionadventure RPG developed by Red Blue Games and currently available on consoles, PC and Nintendo Switch, is now getting a mobile version.  The YouTube trailer showed off how the game looks and honestly, the first look is quite impressive. Fans of retro-styled JRPGs would certainly enjoy the game.

Stop the Baron from destroying the world

The game is set in the ever-changing world of Geodia where you, the protagonist named Ada, have to battle mobsters and titans in a world where a resource called Sparklite is extremely essential for the common folk who’ve harnessed it. However, the antagonist of this story, a self-proclaimed Baron has taken over Sparklite and it has led to some really bad things happening.

The player must travel to each of the world’s zones and shut down the Baron’s dig-sites before it’s too late. The game features a top-down view with a pixel art-inspired visual style and a beautiful world. The game even has co-op mode where 2 players can play together, along with cloud save and controller compatibility.

The game will be globally available on November 9th, 2021 at $6.99. Fans can already pre-order the game on the App Store or pre-register it on Google Play to get it at a special 30% off launch price. The game will not have any in-app purchases aside from a one-time payment to buy the game.

Sparklite had received mostly positive reviews and quite a few awards for being an entertaining title. Playdigious, the popular indie game publisher of titles like Dead Cells and Cultist Simulator is going to be publishing this game for Android and iOS.
