Pokémon Go players have reason to celebrate as Niantic and The Pokémon Company Group have announced a collaboration with Grammy Award-winning artist and Pokémon aficionado Ed Sheeran. Trainers will be able to experience some of Sheeran’s newer compositions as well as past favorites via an intimate, pre-recorded performance video accessible through Pokemon Go in honor of the release of Sheeran’s new album, “=” (Equals).

The video shows Ed Sheeran playing some of his most chart-topping songs, including Perfect, Bad Habits, Overpass Graffiti, Thinking Out Loud, First Time, and Shivers, which will air on November 22 in Pokémon Go. Beginning at 11:00 a.m. PST and ending November 30 at 1:00 p.m. PST, the performance footage will be accessible for viewing for only eight days.
Players will receive instructions on how to watch the video via in-game news notifications. In some regions, players can also click sponsored balloons within Pokémon Go to see advertisements. In addition to this, Totodile, Mudkip, Piplup, and Oshawott would appear more often in the wild.
