Research breakthrough encounters in September 2021
From the date of 1st of September, 2021, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. to the date of 1st of October, 2021, Friday at 1:00 p.m. PDT(GMT-7). Trainers will encounter Ditto in Research Breakthrough encounters, surprisingly if you’re lucky enough players will even be able to encounter a shiny Ditto in wild period or subsequently outside of special research.
Weekly 1 PokeCoins Bundles

During every Wednesday in September 2021, there will be a Raid Hour which can start from 6:00-7:00 p.m. local time. Pokemons which would be featured:

Spotlight Hours for Pokemon
Every Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Local Time: Within September, Pokemon Spotlight Hours will occur and different spotlights will work for various Pokemon with a special bonus.
- 7th of September, 2021 (Tuesday): Spoink are going to be within the spotlight and trainers can earn twice the Stardust for catching Pokemon
- 14th of September, 2021 (Tuesday): Baltoy is in the spotlight and Trainers can earn twice the XP for catching Pokemon
- 21st of September, 2021 (Tuesday): Skitty is going to be within the spotlight and trainers can earn twice the candy to catch Pokemon.
- 28th of September, 2021 (Tuesday): Alolan Meowth will be in the spotlight and trainers can earn twice the candy for transferring Pokemon.
Pokemon GO September 2021 Community Day
On the date of 19th of September, 2021 (Sunday) from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Local Time, there will be a celebration of Community Day. The event is featuring Oshawott, the Sea Otter pokemon. This Pokemon will appear more frequently within the wilds and near Pokestop with rainy lure modules. Evolve Dewott (Oshawott’s Evolution) during the event or upto 2 hours afterwards to urge a Samurott that knows the Charged Attack Hydro Cannon. Samurott will also be visiting to learn its signature attack, Razor Shell, via Charged TM during and after this event.
Season of Mischief
As the Season of Discovery ends, the story of Pokémon GO continues with mischief! Hoopa, the Mischief Pokémon, are ready to be caught for the primary time ever in Pokémon GO!
To celebrate Hoopa’s arrival, a one-day event will happen on Sunday, September 5, 2021. There’ll even be a season-long Special Research story available, with parts of the story only being unlocked during certain events throughout the season.
Psychic Spectacular
This event featuring the Psychic-type Pokémon returns from the date of 8th of September, 2021, Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. to the 13th of September, 2021, Monday at 8:00 p.m. local time! Some familiar faces are going to be returning, and another Pokémon are going to be making its Pokémon GO debut.
Fashion Week
Stylishly dressed Pokémon are going to be making their debuts, together with a fluffy and trendy friend! Strut the stuff with these fashionable Pokémon, new avatar items, and more during Fashion Week. This will go down from the 21st of September 2021 (Tuesday), at 10:00 a.m. to the 28th of September, 2021(Tuesday) at 8:00 p.m. Local time.
Team GO Rocket’s Boss seems to be missing
Where has Giovanni gone? It is hoped that he’s not planning something within the shadows! Super Rocket Radars won’t be ready to hurt Giovanni during this time, so no have to keep them equipped. Keep your eyes fixed on more updates!
