Pokemon Trading Card Game Live limited beta test announced in Canada

The Pokemon Company International has announced the limited beta test for Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) Live which will launch on February 24th, 2022 in Canada. This card game is based on the Pokemon franchise which is currently in development. Moreover, the Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) Online app will be removed from the App Store, Google Play, and Pokemon.com shortly prior to the launch of Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) Live.

The developers will be conducting the limited beta test in Canada. This is because this will allow the development team to collect gameplay feedback. This will help shape a positive experience at scale once the online game is globally released. Also, the data of the Pokemon TCG Live game during the beta will be saved and carried on to the game’s worldwide release.

First announced last year, the Pokemon TCG Live app is a new Pokemon Trading Card Game experience. It is going to be a big upgrade to the Pokemon Trading Card Game’s Online. Currently, players can only use the web-based Pokemon Trading Card Game Online if they don’t want to play the card game in person.

The developers are aiming to give a complete experience to the players. The Pokemon TCG Live app will not only offer players a mobile option, but it will also add options for Expanded play in later updates, as well as other gameplay modes and options.

Players who already play the Pokémon TCG Online will not have to open another account to transfer their data to the Pokémon TCG Live because it will use the same Pokémon Trainer Club account service for log-in.

Once Pokémon TCG Live has launched globally, and when logging into the online game for the first time, any Pokémon TCG Online collection data associated with that Pokémon Trainer Club account will be automatically transferred to Pokémon TCG Live.

Players will get to delay the transfer of their Pokémon TCG Online collection until the end of the limited beta
