Pokemon Trading Card Game releases the Sword & Shield – Evolving Skies expansion in the game

The card game from The Pokémon Company International, Pokemon Trading Card Game is getting a new expansion named Sword & Shield – Evolving Skies which has been released at participating retailers around the world. With this expansion, players of this strategy game will be able to enjoy fan-favorite Eevee and all of its Evolutions in the same set. Some Eevee Evolutions will have Battle Styles, including Single Strike Flareon VMAX, Rapid Strike Vaporeon VMAX, Rapid Strike Sylveon VMAX, and Single Strike Umbreon VMAX.

Enjoy a strategic gameplay with the addition of the new Pokemons

Apart from the fan-favorite Eevee and all of its Evolutions, this expansion will provide the trainers with more strategic gameplay by adding Dragon-type Pokémon. These include pokemon such as Rayquaza VMAX and Duraludon VMAX, arriving for the first time in the Sword & Shield Series.

Moreover, the expansion includes 15 Pokémon VMAX, 18 Pokémon V plus 33 full-art Pokémon V, 24 Trainer cards plus five full-art Supporter cards, and a new Special Energy card. All these items will be available in booster packs, special collections, and two versions of the Elite Trainer Box in the game.

Furthermore, Trainers in the countries of the United Kingdom and Ireland will be able to obtain a special code to receive a Dynamax Crystal in their Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield game. This will allow the trainers to encounter and battle Gigantamax Duraludon in a Max Raid Battle. These codes will be available at GAME in the United Kingdom and at GameStop in Ireland from August 27th, 2021 to September 27th, 2021, online or in-store. These codes don’t require any purchase necessary and you can get them only while supplies last.
