PUBG Mobile promises to bring a redefined experience in PMGO 2025 to Uzbekistan

At the beginning of 2024, PUBG Mobile developed an esports roadmap to hype the community up. Besides, the rise of MOBA titles to lead mobile esports pushed the game to think differently. However, it introduced a new event, the PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO), in Brazil.

Following the success of the event in April, the season-opening event will return next year for the 2025 PMGO in Uzbekistan. The date and format, though, are not revealed yet. But it should be similar to the inaugural event. More details will be revealed at a later date, but the fans must keep patience.

The huge success of the PMGO 2024 built the base to make a return

After the successful debut of PMGO in São Paulo, Brazil in April 2024, the game couldn’t wait to reveal the next season way before its commencement. James Yang, Senior Director of Global Esports Center at Level Infinite, Tencent Games, came up with the exciting announcement. Reject became the crowned champion of the maiden event.

The esports scene for PUBG Mobile is massive to keep track of. However, to tie the knots of regional and country-based events, the game introduced a few global events such as the PMGO, PMWC, and the most prestigious year finale event, PMGC. Now, it seems like PMGO managed to keep the motivation intact and is returning with its next season.

While the teams and fans will remain in the hype, we wait to seek further information for the yet-to-arrive event in early 2025.
