Rogue Reigns brings a party-based twist to deckbuilding with sacrifice mechanics, arriving on multiple platforms on September 2026

Favor one, neglect another, and pay the price!

Story Highlights
  • Rogue Reigns lets you control a party of three heroes, each with their own decks, abilities, and turn order.
  • The game challenges you with limited rewards, forcing you to choose who to power up while others fall behind.
  • It offers multiple endings shaped by your choices, a distinctive hand-crafted 3D art-style, 10 distinct party compositions, and more.

Venn Studios announced their latest dark fantasy roguelike deckbuilder title, Rogue Reigns, which is set to launch on Android, iOS, PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2 in September 2026. This is the first game from this indie studio from São Paulo, Brazil.

Get ready to balance power and sacrifice across your team and outplay the stalker

So, Rogue Reigns takes the usual deckbuilding formula and twists it by focusing on a party of three heroes instead of just one. Set in fractured kingdoms where death doesn’t exist, you build your team of diverse classes like Warriors, Wizards, and more as a stalker hunts you across the map.

Moreover, each hero brings their own deck, abilities, and turn order. Honestly, I’m more intrigued to see how these characters interplay with one another, especially when I have to choose which one to power up after each encounter. Since rewards are limited, you have to neglect someone, and they’re the ones who fall once the stalker catches up.

The whole concept amazes me, actually, and I love that there are multiple endings depending on who you choose to focus on and who you leave behind. Overall, the game looks very promising, and I can’t believe this is Venn Studios’ first game, given its unique hand-crafted 3D art style, 10 party compositions, cross-character payoffs, and more.
