RPG Dice: Heroes of Whitestone is a brand new RPG title from WIMO Games, which itself is a new studio comprising veteran developers like Electronic Arts, GREE, KingsIsle, and Zynga. RPG Dice: Heroes of Whitestone is all set to release in early 2022 with pre-registration now open for mobile devices.
Enjoy a Dungeons and Dragons-style title on mobile
The game is set in the peaceful and prosperous village of Whitestone. But after 500 years of relative peace, chaos had befallen the quiet village as it is attacked by orcs, goblins, and other nasty creatures who are led to attack by a mysterious leader from the Twilight Empire. The lives of all the villagers are shattered and now it’s up to you, the player, to save them all.
The player needs to assemble a group of other Heroes who will accompany them through the daunting and dangerous journey to end the misery of Whitestone and its people. The players will travel through board game-like worlds where the fate of everything lies on the roll of the dice.
The game has got a Dungeons and Dragons to feel to it, minus the hassle of having to arrange the game physically. The dice will also determine the progression of the players on the board and the kind of events that will take place. The players can also interact with various NPCs and receive new quests.
RPG Dice: Heroes of Whitestone: Features
In the quests, players will come across many foes with whom they must engage in battle. The player will have a party of five heroes and will go against the villains in a turn-based manner with the dice once again determining the combat results. Players will get to choose from over 60 heroes and they need to decide who is best for their playstyle and then create an unbeatable team. Players can equip these fighters with special items and dice to make them even stronger.
The game’s map can morph and change if the player is able to find secrets or discover hidden paths. It also has a full suite of online features like PvP, leaderboards, guilds, and more.
RPG Dice: Heroes of Whitestone is available on soft launch on Android in select regions, but starting from now, players can pre-register for the game on Google Play Store and App Store to earn some rewards later on when the game releases globally next year.
