Giant Game has announced to launch its co-op survival horror-comedy adventure, Tomb Busters, on Android and iOS on May 27, 2026. The game was previously soft-launched in select regions like the US, China, and more, and is now open for global pre-registration.

If you’re unaware, Tomb Busters is arguably the first multiplayer co-op horror comedy title where you play as a Supernatural Company employee. Now, I like how the gameplay changes depending on how you play it. Like, go solo, and it leans into horror, play trio and feels like a treasure hunt, and with a full squad, it becomes comedy as you explore the ruins and bring back treasures.
And it’s not just lighthearted fun either, since you’ll constantly face deadly monsters, traps, and confusing mazes that can end your run quickly. But to avoid that from happening, you can rely on your teammates and the various survival tools. But it’s surely fun to solve puzzles and clear objectives to move to more dangerous ruins.

All in all, I really think this is worth keeping an eye on and trying out this May, especially thanks to its Chinese-inspired scenes, various tools for diverse playstyles, creepy Chinese horror monsters like Queen of Jingjue, solid soundtrack, and more. I have been waiting since the soft launch to experience this one, and I can’t be happier now.
