Supercell collaborates with Myoho to bring traditional Korean banners to Clash Royale

Colour your banners in the Korean way!

Popular developer Supercell Games has bagged another collaboration, this time for a traditional unveiling. As a part of their collaboration with popular Korean illustrator Myoho, Clash Royale has released a traditional Korean Battle Banner to color the banners with some Korean traditional essence. These banners are available for purchase in the store for a limited period.

Battle Banners can now be enriched with Korean tradition

First introduced in the Summer 2022 update, Battle Banners allow users to add and decorate information about themselves. It is shown before the start of every battle alongside the username. However, it is with the exception of duels and boat battles in the game.

Illustrator Myoho, whose works depict elements of Korean traditional culture through her illustrations, has been widely recognized. Players will now see her illustrations on Battle Banners on Clash Royale. Without much doubt, Korean culture is very popular, and these banners might become very popular.

To discuss more on the Myoho point of view and her thoughts behind these illustrations, Clash Royale has uploaded a short questionnaire video with her on their official YouTube channel.

Talking about the banners, one depicting the King of Clash Royale with him wearing a dragon robe is the highlighted banner. Other banners with the Goblins and Skeletons enjoying music excitingly, while the banner featuring Hog Riders and Ram Riders includes the traditional Korean lion mask with the Night Witch making her presence as well.

Players can get their hands on these banners with the running Myoho Collab four-banner bundle which is available in the shop for purchase. Collaborations like these are integral in reaching players across the globe play as well as understanding other traditions. With the growth of Supercell, we can say these collaborations are just the beginning.
