Feral Interactive has announced the much anticipated mobile release of Total War: Medieval II. The real-time strategy game will be available in the Spring of 2022 on iOS and Android devices. It builds on the phenomenal success of ROME: Total War on mobile. It promises to provide even more complexity and replayability than its predecessor.
Total War: Medieval II is set against the backdrop of turbulent Middle Ages
Feral Interactive introduces more detailed settlement management in Total War: Medieval II. There will be extra agents present to oversee state affairs along with more advanced campaign mechanics. This will be present, in addition to the traditional, intriguing mix of large real-time conflicts and complicated turn-based strategy.
During the chaotic Middle Ages, dramatic wars and devious rivals litter the route to power. The game will see the world’s major kingdoms fight for dominion across three continents. Players must gain the resources and devotion to lead an empire from the coasts of Western Europe to the dunes of the Arabian desert. The conquest could be carried out by diplomacy or warfare, generosity, or fear.
The game will have a more refined touch control system
Total War: Medieval II, like all prior Feral mobile releases, is the complete game with significant upgrades to the custom touch control mechanism. This mechanism did first debut in Rome. These enhancements make it even easier for players to grasp tactics and command while controlling thousands of on-screen forces in their quest to dominate the mobile battlefield.
