On the 21st of October, Triple Esports became the champions by triumphing over Team Falcons in the Grand Finals of the 2023 MLBB Professional League MENA (MPL MENA) Fall Split. This victory sparked immense excitement among the hundreds of fans gathered at VOV Gaming within the Roshn Front Mall. Their win not only brought the new champions a prize of $29,000 but also granted them a ticket to the ONE Esports Mobile Legends Professional League Invitational (MPLI) in Indonesia. This particular event is noteworthy for featuring teams from regions outside of Southeast Asia for the very first time.

Triple Esports has also clinched the sole slot designated for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region at the pinnacle of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) esports, which is the M5 World Championship. This achievement marks them as the initial Saudi Arabian team to qualify for an M-Series Championship.

Hailing from Saudi Arabia, Triple Esports exhibited an impressive display of teamwork and strategic selections in the Grand Finals, surprising Team Falcons and leaving their mark in the MPL MENA history. Playing in front of an offline crowd exceeding 1,500 spectators throughout the three-day Playoffs, the team found their stride in the second match, proving doubters wrong by thwarting Team Falcons’ foreign imports.

The event was graced by the presence of HRH Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Bin Sultan AlSaud, who serves as the President of the Saudi Esports Federation (SEF), Vice President of the Global Esports Federation (GEF), and Acting President of the International Esports Federation (IESF), much to the joy of local players and fans.

Team Falcons soar to M5 Wild Card after dominating MPL MENA Fall Split 2023 grand finals

Following their impressive performance in the 2023 MPL MENA Fall Split Grand Finals, Team Falcons is set to progress to the M5 Wild Card event, scheduled to take place in Malaysia from November 23 to 26.

In this competition, they will face off against seven other teams from around the world, vying for the top two spots that will secure them a place in the prestigious M5 World Championship in the Philippines. Notably, this international tournament encompasses more than 50 countries and regions, with the Wild Card round including teams from Mongolia, South Asia, and China for the very first time.
