Nitro Games has announced to launch the retro-inspired first-person shooter, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun Boom, on both Android and iOS this year. This new mobile adaptation is based on the hit boomer shooter series originally developed by Auroch Digital, and pre-registration is now live.

So, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun Boom is set in the grim darkness of the far future, where you’ll soon purge the enemies of the Imperium on mobile. Now, I’m really excited about this premium retro FPS because it brings together multiple chapters from the Boltgun series and is also based on the Warhammer 40,000 universe by Games Workshop.
Gameplay-wise, you’ll again play as Malum Caedo, a relentless Space Marine battling across massive battlefields overrun by Chaos. And trust me, blasting through cultists, traitors, and daemons with iconic Warhammer 40,000 weapons in explosive combat is going to be super fun on mobile.
Honestly, I was already hyped for Warhammer Survivors, the new fast-paced roguelite survivors title, but this reveal has pushed my excitement to a new level. I mean, I can’t wait to battle through massive campaigns packed with deadly enemies, hidden paths, and more. Overall, the game looks very fun with its large single-player campaign, multiple worlds, iconic enemies, mobile-optimized gameplay, and more.
