All multiplayer games thrive on weapon updates that are released when a new season arrives. Epic Games does this job exceptionally well by releasing cool weapon updates. No wonder the game enjoys such a huge player base as the developers continue to release new updates every season. In the world of Fortnite, weapons keep changing every season so it becomes a challenge for the players to change their playing style accordingly. As players jump into the island at the beginning of a match they usually find rare and uncommon weapons. As they keep going they start looking for the much-desired Exotic and Mythic weapons in Fortnite.
Exotic and Mythic weapons locations in Fortnite
The currently ongoing Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 4 includes only one Mythic weapon and four Exotic weapons. Although bear in mind that both types of weapons are very rare and can only be found in specific places. Here are all the exotic and mythic weapons locations in the game:
- The Herald’s Burst Rifle: This Mythic rifle can be obtained by defeating The Herald boss. The main antagonistic force this season holds the rifle which spawns in one of the new POIs.
- Boom Sniper: The Rustler owns the Exotic Boom Sniper which can be purchased with 600 Gold. The Rustler is an NPC in the game who can be found on the eastern side of Shifty Shafts.
- Chug Cannon: The Chug Cannon is an impressive weapon that can be purchased from Kyle for 600 Gold. Kyle can be found at the Chop Shop which is located northeast of Logjam Junction.
- Shadow Tracker Pistol: In order to get their hands on the Shadow Tracker Pistol players will have to purchase it from Sunbird. This unique pistol will cost them 400 Gold. Sunbird can be found in the Temple’s center.
- Dub Shotgun: The Dub Shotgun which is a lethal weapon in close-range combat can be purchased from Mancake for 600 Gold. Players need to go to the Rocky Reels where Mancake can be easily found.
