Hotori is a playable Limited S-rank Cosmos Solid character in Neverness to Everness. She functioned as a dedicated on-field main DPS in the team, and she is the only character in NTE who doesn’t have any Skills or Ultimate cooldown. In this Neverness-to-Everness Hathor build guide, we will cover her Kit, best Arcs, Console, and Teams.
Neverness to Everness Hotori Build Guide: Kit explained

Hotori is an on-field Main DPS character whose kit revolves around Non-Closed Timepiece energy. She doesn’t have any cooldown on Skill or Ultimate. We can use her Skill when we have 60 Non-Closed Timepiece energy, and for unleashing her Ultimate, we need 120 Non-Closed Timepiece energy. Here is a breakdown of her Basic attack, Skills, Ultimate, and Passive skills:
Basic Attack
She performs 5 consecutive attacks that deal Cosmos DMG. When we hold her skill, she deals 4 instances of AoE Cosmos DMG.
Basic Attack: Non-Closed Timepiece
It displays a Non-Closed Timepiece when Hotori is deployed on the field. It rotates clockwise and accumulates Non-Closed Timepiece energy and can store up to 120 at a time.
Skill
Allows Hotori to spend 60 Non-Closed Timepiece energy to cast her Present Replay Skill. When she has more than 60 energy, she deals 7 instances of AoE Cosmos DMG and records Support Skills and Redirect Skills used by allies for the next 5s, appreciating up to 3 timings per use. During this process, she refilled her Non-Closed Timepiece bar. Clears records when entering or leaving battle.
Ultimate
Hatori deals 10 instances of AoE Cosmos DMG. After that, she draws a katana and changes her attack mode. She slows the time in the surroundings for 10 seconds, and we can’t switch our character during this period. During this period, any debuff will not work on her, and replays all attacks recorded by her Skill Present Replay 1 time and clears the records.
During the time stop, Hotori stacks up her combo, which increases her damage per hit and Deals Finisher DMG when combo stacks reach 10. Her Finisher DMG has 755% DMG ratio at Lv13. She recovers 6 Non-Closed Timepiece energy every second, which means you can use her Ultimate once every 20 seconds, but her Ultimate lasts for 10 seconds, so you can use it once every 10 seconds.
Passive Skills
- Ghost Orchid Crest: Prevents Lebenstamm attacks from pausing during time stop. Because of this passive skill, we can smoothly do our Esper cycle rotation during the time stop.
- All Treasure Under Heaven: Increases World’s Tide’s Finisher DMG Ratio by 100%. Previously, her Finisher Damage Ratio was 755%, but now it will deal 855% damage at Lv13.
