We’ve seen many Minecraft builds, including Lord of the Rings’ Minas Morgul, Star Wars’ Death Star, a recreation of a battleship, Mario Odyssey’s Cap Kingdom, One Piece’s Onigashima, Planet Gallifrey from Doctor Who, Bloodborne’s Yharnam, the entire Milky Way galaxy, which showcases the creativity and insane capacity for hard work that the game’s players possess. We also had the Enderman receiving some upgrades to have some pretty cool abilities like teleporting and throwing players off cliffs. Now, a Minecraft player gave Santa hats and beards to creepers using the mod.
It is always fascinating to see how the Minecraft community brings up their creativity to build this awesome stuff that amazes the fanbase.
Creepers get a bit of the Christmas Spirit in Minecraft with beards and Santa hats
This time we have something more lighthearted and in tune with the current season of Jollyness as in order to make the game have more of a Christmassy vibe, a Minecraft player made a texture pack that gives Santa Claus’ iconic hat and beard combo to creepers, the cute looking but explosive (quite literally) mobs of the game.
This is possible thanks to u/JayCubTruth, a Reddit user who posted his creative work on the forum. As one comment states, “My son would love this! Mojang devs should take some notes from you lol. Edit: or straight up pay you for this awesome idea!”
Small details like these really make the game way more fun and add a sense of cheerfulness. That’s sort of why so many push Mojang to implement ideas like this in their game. This small mod is actually available as a downloadable texture pack and if players want to add some holiday cheer to their game, they can click here to download the add-on and make their Christmas in Minecraft’s overworld a little merrier.
