Minecraft fan recreates a wooden door from game in real life

Minecraft meets excellent craftsmanship

For a while now, we’ve covered some really amazing builds from Minecraft, which has a lot of scope for creativity and lets players express themselves in various ways. However, this time around, a fan of the game has gone beyond the virtual world of Minecraft and recreated a wooden door inspired by it in real life. So instead of having to talk about someone bringing over their favorite game or some other idea into the game of Minecraft, this time around, someone has used the game for inspiration to come up with something.

The Minecraft community was left in awe by the real-life wooden door

It’s not often that we see the inverse and in a Reddit post upvoted almost 8,000 times at the time of writing, user u/EthanSky14 from France posted an image of a new addition to their house, a door inspired by the iconic wooden doors of the game crafted for their son, who’s a big fan of the game by his father.

Many users were amazed by the work and some even thought they were looking at the game with realistic shaders and texture packs. However, this is an actual door meant to closely resemble what’s seen in the game.

Just to recap and provide some comparison, we’ve seen a bunch of really creative and cool builds so far which include a giant Crab Statue, a cute little Turtle Sanctuary, a giant PacMan arcade machine, a base in a globe, the Nether being terraformed, a baseball stadium, a giant statue, the recreation of a DOOM poster, Africa’s Toto, and Metallica’s Master of Puppets album cover.

There were also actually playable games like Snake game created by a genius Redstone engineer, Valorant, and Super Mario, locations like SpongeBob SquarePants’ Krusty Krab, abandoned and urban cities, the fictional planet of Gallifrey, Bloodborne’s Yharnam, One Piece’ Onigashima, the Milky Way which got featured on an official Minecraft video and even more.
