Arena of Valor Esports will arrange the 15th season of the professional league in Vietnam. Arena Of Glory Winter 2023 will start on the 24th of August and is scheduled to run until the 22nd of October. Organized by Garena Vietnam, the event will feature a whopping sum of 6,000,000,000₫ (almost $251,000) as the prize pool. With its captivating slogan “Sport for the New Generation“, the offline event will occur in Ho Chi Minh City.
Arena of Valor is going through the second half of its 2023 esports year. Ahead of its most significant event, the 2023 HoK International Championship, the regional leagues are wrapping up their run. Thus, the Vietnamese professional scene of the popular MOBA title is also not far behind.
Arena of Glory Winter 2023: Schedule and Format
The esports event is divided into two stages namely the Group Stage and the Playoffs. The first one will begin initially and later, the event will end its journey with the playoffs taking place. The group stage will begin on the 24th of August. All the matches will be in a double round-robin format, followed by B05 matches. The top 4 teams will advance to the playoffs.
The playoffs will feature an eliminator game for teams ranked in the third and the fourth position. The loser will head back home while the winner will face the loser from the Playoffs Match 1. The winner of the match will advance to the grand finals to fight against the Playoffs Match 1 winning team. All the matches will be BO7 with a single elimination format.

This season of Arena of Glory Winter 2023 has brought back the usual number of teams. The previous installment of the event, Arena of Glory Spring 2023, has selected 7 teams to compete in this event.
