Plenty of invitation events for Honor of Kings, the popular action MOBA from Level Infinite, are jamming the esports scene of the game. As latest announcement came regarding the Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason 2024. The event will be featured at the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
From the 1st of August 2024, the event will kick off with 12 best teams during the 1st half of 2024. Besides, the tournament will also debut a KPL Dream Team, a special All-Star team as the sole representative of China. With a whopping prize pool set at $3,000,000, the offline event is a part of the Honor of Kings’ Invitational Series.
Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason 2024: Schedule and Format
The event is set to kick off on the 1st of August 2024 and will come to an end on the 4th. The first two days will witness the Group Stage fight while the rest two will cover the Knockout Stage.
Details regarding the match format are not revealed yet.

Prize Pool
Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason 2024 will share a monstrous amount with the participant teams. The top two teams will qualify for the Honor of Kings Invitational Championship (KIC) 2024, and a total of $3,000,000 will be shared among the teams. Here’s a breakdown of the prize pool.

KPL Dream Team wins the Invitational Midseason 2024
The first-ever Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason, 2024 Riyadh at the Esports World Cup is taken away by KPL Dream Team. KPL Dream Team secured a decisive 3-0 victory against LGD Gaming in the best-of-five series. The team continued the domination from the Group Stage to the Grand Finals. YINUO was awarded the FMVP title.
