PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Americas Championship Spring 2022: Schedule, Teams, Prize pool and more

The esports scene of PUBG Mobile is going to wrap up this year’s events soon. As a part of the schedule, the regional Pro League Championships are on their way to take place, while two of them have already ended. Now, it is time for the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Americas Championship Spring 2022 to come to the stage. With the top teams from the regional leagues all set and ready, the event will start its run on the 26th of May, 2022.

PUBG Mobile PMPL Americas Championship Spring 2022: Schedule and Format

From May 26 to May 29, the PMPL Americas Championship Spring 2022 will take place. The four days of finals will witness non-stop action across several maps of PUBG Mobile. While a total of 24 matches are on the schedule, each day will have 6 matches. Teams will be fighting for the glory to become the champion of the American region. The event will follow a similar format, just like the other Pro League tournaments. Organized by KRAFTON and Tencent Games, the event will be held online.

PMPL AM Championship Spring 2022: Participating teams

PMPL Americas Championship Spring 2022 will feature the best 16 teams that are invited, based on their performance in the sub-regional pro leagues. The top 5 teams from PMPL of NA, LATAM, and Brazil along with defending champion Alpha7 Esports will join the event. Here’s a list of the participating teams:

PUBG Mobile PMPL Americas Championship Spring 2022: Prize pool

A total of $150,000 will be awarded to the participating teams, based on their performance in the tournament. The share of the top three teams is as follows.

  • Champions: $23,000
  • Runner-up: $18,000
  • Third Place: $14,000

As the event is just around the corner, teams will go all out to win the championship. Besides, this tournament will determine a fixed number of teams that is yet to be announced for the PUBG Mobile World Invitational (PMWI) 2022.
