The awaited awards event for esports, Esports Awards for best mobile esports game 2022 has announced PUBG Mobile ahead of the likes of League of Legends: Wild Rift, Call of Duty Mobile, and Pokémon Unite.
Esports Awards are the annual award functions that are held all over the U.S. The 2022 version is being held in Las Vegas with the last one being held in Texas. Esports Awards hold an important place in the games industry and rightly so, the Award function aims to celebrate the success of video games in Esports for the year and recognize the upcoming games which show potential.
PUBG Mobile wins the 2022 Esports mobile game of the year award
In the Award function, the category Esports Awards best mobile esports game 2022 was the most awaited one. Although PUBG Mobile took the ultimate crown home the other nominations for this title were also very top-notch.
PUBG Mobile which was also nominated for the spot last year has finished first in the quest to be called the best mobile game in 2022 by Esports. Although the Award is well deserved, fans remain split between PUBG Mobile and League of Legends: Wild Rift, with many claiming that the latter was a better candidate for the spot than the former.
Back in 2020, PUBG Mobile finished second behind Garena’s Free Fire, but this year PUBG Mobile has managed to defy the odds and secure the title for being the best game in 2022.

Ceng ‘Order’ Zehai from Nova Esports, PUBG Mobile China won the Best Mobile Esports Player, of the year 2022. He won the title ahead of the likes of Paraboy, Mohamed Light, Syaz, Skyriikzz, Karltzy, Learn, TheCruz, and Tectonic.
