Published by Nexon, it takes players to the fictional world of Kivotos where they must find solutions to the incidents and mysteries that take place. 3D real-time battles with skill cut-scenes and a bunch of cute anime characters are the show-stealers. Since its release, it has broken the Gaming Industry with love pouring in from all corners of the world. The need to contact the Customer Support team has also shot up significantly since then.  We want all users to have a smooth and hassle-free gaming experience without being bothered by in-game bugs. How to contact the Blue Archive Customer Support

How to contact via in-game Customer Support option

Launch the game on your device. Once the in-game screen has loaded, adhere to the steps below:

  • You will find three icons in the top right corner of your game lobby, just beside the in-game resources. Tap on the last icon from the right to access the in-game Menu Tab.
  • The in-game Menu tab has four tabs, namely, Options, Account, Equipment, and Items. You need to visit the Account tab.
  • Once you tap on the Account tab, the Account Settings menu would show up on your screen. Gently scroll down till you see the Customer Center option. To choose the Customer Center option, tap on the Confirm button beside it.

  • In the next step, the Customer center menu would ask you to copy your Member Code as it would be required for raising a query. Do so by tapping on the Copy button and then proceed by tapping on the Customer Center button.
  • This would redirect you to the Blue Archive Customer Support Page. Tap on Customer Center from the page options to reach the Help and Support Page. You will find that the developers have already answered a lot of Frequently Asked Queries and given solutions to recently reported issues/bugs here. To read them, choose the FAQ section. If your issue still persists or is something different choose the Report an Issue option by tapping on it.

  • Next up, you need to select the category of your issue from the options listed. Your problem might be related to in-app purchases or network related or even Account related. Choose the one relevant to your issue. If your issue is something different, you need to choose the Other option.
  • The following details would be asked from you in the next step.
  • The title of your query.
  • The Server on which you are playing.
  • Your Nickname in the Game.
  • Your Unique ID.
  • Member Code (Paste the code which you have copied from the Customer Center menu).
  • Date and Time when the issue occurred.
  • Frequency of the issue.
  • Device Name.
  • The Country in which you are residing.
  • Relevant screenshots of your issue to help them assist you better. To add screenshots tap on the plus sign beside the Add an Image option.

Make sure to describe your issue in detail for a smooth customer support experience. Once you are done giving all the inputs, tap on the OK button to register your issue. You will be getting push notifications once your reports are processed. It would be done within 72 hours.

How to contact via Blue Archive Official Website

Players can directly go to the official help website of Nexon Games and access the customer service option from there. It could be another alternative, in the case where players are facing login problems and cannot access the in-game support option.

  • Visit the official forum. It would redirect you to the official customer support website of Nexon Games.
  • Scroll down and choose Blue Archive under the Mobile games section of Nexon Games.

  • Once you do so, the official Issue Reporting Web page of Blue Archive loads. Select the category of your issue from the drop-down menu in the first place and feed all the other inputs that they ask for. The details that they would ask for are the same as we discussed in the previous section.
