Clash of Clans has been on a roll this year, bringing fresh updates that keep the game lively and visually appealing. One of the standout areas is the Home Village Scenery, where the CoC team has put in a lot of effort to deliver stunning backdrops for your village in every update. These sceneries don’t just look great; they also offer a personalized touch that makes your village feel uniquely yours. List of Clash of Clans Home Village Scenery released in 2024
The Scenery is nothing but a skin for your arena/village. It adds a decorative touch to the outskirts of your village, giving it a unique look. The inclusion of the Scenery feature remained optional, requiring players to either purchase from the in-game shop or get it from the Gold Pass if it arrives. We currently have the Classic Scenery for free while the rest have to be claimed.
Speaking of the 2024 list, We currently have three skins for Archer Queen that have been released. Two of these skins boast Legendary class, with the first Gold Pass skin release arriving in the 3rd season of 2024. Let’s delve into the details of each skin below.
1. Dragon Palace Scenery
- Mode of Purchase: Shop
- Released on: February 2024
Themed after the Lunar New Year Event 2024, the February 2024 season had amazing hero skins and following the trend was the Dragon Palace Scenery. With vibrantly lit underwater in blue, the highlight is the dragon’s head alongside the sea of reefs and plants scattered around. In the top right, you can a red carpet laid out to a building with shell-covered roofs leading to a garden.
In the background, you can also see the path designed like the Great Wall of China. There is another carpet and an entrance that is laid out in gold and yellow at the bottom left. To the Southeast, there are globes showing a barbarian, a sleeping giant, and a builder at work. There’s also a shipwreck spilling gold and firecrackers.
2. Space Scenery
- Mode of Purchase: Shop
- Released on: March 2024
The March 2024 Gold Pass season was a dud with the Space theme, the hero skins were all a disappointment. However, the Space Scenery was a beautiful one to the eye. There’s a pipeline running around the map, a tanker vehicle that moves between structures, especially the one on the top left side of the scenery, and large tanks of dark elixir.
You can notice a hovercraft floating if you zoom on the right fill up with pools of dark elixir and then take off. When the tiny tanker moves, you can see goblin carts attack with lasers. There are greenhouses in a crater and machines drilling the surface. As you can notice, the scenery includes cracks with mysterious pink light, a damaged spacecraft, and a customized blimp with glass spheres and thrusters.
3. Egypt Scenery

- Released on: April 2024
Themed after the Majestic world of Egypt, the April 2024 Gold Pass brought the Egypt Scenery. As you can see, this scenery is a bit of a ramped-up one, where you can see the river flowing below it, which I assume is the Nile, the base of the civilization.
In the Northwest, there’s a large golden pharaoh head with blue eyes and nearby monoliths. If you look around, you will find wooden steps to climb the area, which is pretty cool. There is also a portal with an Anubis statue and a pyramid that fires beams to activate it.
4. Football Scenery
- Mode of Purchase: Shop
- Released on: May 2024
As soon as the Football Season featuring Erling Haaland was announced, we all knew that the scenery of the May 2024 season would be Football-themed, and it was beautiful. The setup resembles a stadium with a football field at the center, surrounded by various structures and stands, most notably a huge golden football at the dressing room entrance.
The seating resembles rivalry as well, with red and blue sections indicating the support of different teams. Towers with banners and flames on top add to the grandeur, while the stadium entrance gives a feel of a “royal football“ match. The surrounding environment is lush and mountainous, with the stadium standing alone in the landscape.
5. Wild West Scenery
- Mode of Purchase: Shop
- Released on: June 2024
Clash of Clans went Rogue with the arrival of the Wild West season in June 2024, and it is kind of average when you compare it to the previous sceneries we got. The scenery highlights a desert terrain with cacti and rugged formations, evoking the feel of an old Western town. The central area is a sandy space which if you zoom in can see there aren’t many tiles.
I see water on the left side, which might be a mirage, or maybe this is kind of an island with too many cracks on the ground giving it a mountainous area. Surrounding it are various structures that fit the Wild West theme, including a railway with a train running along the edge, wooden buildings, windmills, and rocky cliffs, with goblins also roaming around wearing cowboy hats.
6. Clash Games Scenery
- Mode of Purchase: Shop
- Released on: July 2024
Arrived in the July 2024 season, you can compare this to the football scenery of the last season where here too the scenery is surrounded by stadium seating filled with spectators. Of course, there won’t be a football match though.
The architecture is inspired by ancient Roman designs, featuring large statues holding shields, columns, and arches with banners. You can see flame torches here and there, alongside the golden accents throughout the structures, adding a majestic feel to the scene and indicating that games are to be held.
7. Anime Scenery
- Mode of Purchase: Shop
- Released on: August 2024
Arrived during the August 2024 Anime Season, the anime scenery features a vibrant, hand-drawn grassy area set between a castle and a small town. In the Northwest, there are grassy cliffs with waterfalls and large stone statues of the Barbarian King and Royal Champion. To the Northeast, a castle surrounded by walls has two golden King statues at its gateway and gunners on the roof holding spears.
The Southeast has a beach with wooden bridges, a cave resembling a barbarian’s head, and a large stone P.E.K.K.A. helmet. Finally, in the Southwest, there’s a lake next to a small town with a stone tower and a pier where various Clash characters are fishing. The Builder base boat is made of light wood, with tattered sails if unrepaired. Custom background music plays when viewing the scenery.
When will the next Clash of Clans Home Village Scenery release in 2024
The release pattern for Scenery in Clash of Clans usually follows a simple approach but is sometimes hard to predict. While Hero Skins are sometimes available as part of the Gold Pass rewards for a given season, Sceneries are rare.
Typically, they are available for direct purchase in the in-game shop. The frequency of Scenery releases can vary. Sometimes it’s one per month, but occasionally, a month might be skipped without any new Scenery. But given the consistency of the last couple of months, expect a scenery arriving in the September 2024 season.
In addition, if you like any of the Scenery and want to try it out in your account you can always buy the Gold Pass in case you get a Scenery as a reward or directly purchase them from the shop.
