COD Mobile Ranks System Guide and Tips

Similar to its battle royale rivals PUBG Mobile or Free Fire, Call of Duty Mobile also has a rank system for players where all COD Mobile ranks are put in order. The game offers rank matches in both multiplayer and battle royale modes. Playing ranked matches and striving for the personal best performance is the simplest way to advance quickly through the leaderboards and complete the season with a high rank. One’s ability to level up their rank in COD Mobile will depend on how many matches one manages to win in the game’s ranked mode.

What are the different ranks in COD Mobile

Both the battle royale game mode and the basic multiplayer have ranked leaderboards where players are put in amongst all ranks in COD Mobile.

Similar to other ranked modes in video games, competitive ranks in Call of Duty Mobile operate similarly. In competitive queues, players can earn points based on their performance. Points are deducted if you lose a game. You receive points if you triumph.

Based on how many Competitive Points players earn, they are rated. Players advance through the five tiers of each of the COD ranks by accumulating points. When you accumulate enough points, your rank will gradually rise. The points required to advance to each tier are listed below along with the codm ranks in order.

Rookie rank

In Call of Duty Mobile, the lowest rank a player can have is Rookie. Real bots and inexperienced players are not permitted to hold this rank. Yet, there are still five tiers to advance through in order to move past the Rookie rank.

  • Rookie I -1 to 200 Competitive Points
  • Rookie II – 201 – 400 Competitive Points
  • Rookie III – 401 – 600 Competitive Points
  • Rookie IV – 601 – 800 Competitive Points
  • Rookie V – 801 – 1000 Competitive Points

Veteran rank

Veteran isn’t the most esteemed rank, but it’s better than the lowest one. You’ve probably already figured out which weapons work best for your playstyle and are already familiar with a couple of the maps by the time you reach this rank in COD Mobile.

  • Veteran I – 1001 – 1200 Competitive Points
  • Veteran II – 1201 – 1400 Competitive Points
  • Veteran III – 1401 – 1600 Competitive Points
  • Veteran IV – 1601 – 1800 Competitive Points
  • Veteran V – 1801 – 2000 Competitive Points

Elite rank

Bots are no longer used in Elite, and new players are not very common in this COD Mobile rank. They are regarded as “excellent” or “decent” COD Mobile gamers. For newer players, this is also the point where moving up the levels can feel more laborious.

  • Elite I – 2001 – 2200 Competitive Points
  • Elite II – 2201 – 2400 Competitive Points
  • Elite III – 2401 – 2600 Competitive Points
  • Elite VI – 2601 – 2800 Competitive Points
  • Elite V – 2801 – 3000 Competitive Points

Pro rank

Pro rank is only available to players who have a thorough mastery of Call of Duty Mobile, as the name would imply. These athletes are the best of the casuals, not the best of the best. This is also the point where achieving the following rank requires more than just 1000 CP.

  • Pro I – 3001 – 3300 Competitive Points
  • Pro II – 3301 – 3600 Competitive Points
  • Pro III – 3601 – 3900 Competitive Points
  • Pro IV – 3901 – 4200 Competitive Points
  • Pro V – 4201 – 4500 Competitive Points

Master rank

The third-highest rank in Call of Duty: Mobile is Master, and it’s quite challenging to obtain. Ranking up in Master is likewise quite challenging. To advance to the next rank, you need 1500 CP in total.

  • Master – 4501 – 6000 Competitive Points

Grand Master rank

The second-highest of the COD Mobile ranks is the Grand Master Rank and is one of the most difficult ranks to reach in the game. It was introduced in 2021 as a part of the Season 8 update.

  • Grandmaster – 6001 – 8000 Competitive Points

Legendary rank

In Call of Duty: Mobile, legendary is the highest rank and the most difficult to achieve. There are no levels to advance through because becoming Legendary is a difficult goal to accomplish. Players that have 8000 or more Competitive Points qualify for Legendary.

How does Reset work in COD Mobile ranks

Players’ COD ranks will be reset after the 14 weeks of ranked competition or ranked series are over. However, you will only drop down a specific number of rankings based on what rank you were in at the conclusion of the ranked series, making the process simpler for players at all ends of the ranked mode.

Apart from this, for the standard multiplayer and battle royale modes, different cosmetic awards are available for each ranking series in COD Mobile.

These incentives are given out each time a player meets the reward’s corresponding rank, so players don’t have to wait until the end of the ranking series to receive them. The rewards are available in the in-game mailbox once you earn the rank, but you must claim them before the season is over.
