  • They must tap on the 3-line bar that would be visible on the top right corner of the game screen, for accessing the in-game menu options.

  • Once the in-game menu options appear on your screen, choose the Settings option and tap on it. This would load the in-game settings menu.
  • The Settings menu has 4 tabs in it namely, Game, Graphics, Device and Account. Players need to go to the Account tab.

  • Players will find the Customer Support button on the lower side of the Account tab menu. Before tapping on that, they need to copy your account ID, by tapping on the Copy button right next to it. It is one of the main information that the Support team needs to assist players better. Once, it is successfully copied, tap on the Customer Support button.
  • This would re-direct players to the Customer Support Page.   • Once the login is successful, a new page loads that would ask players to input the category of the inquiry and the details of the same. They need to choose from the list by tapping on the blank field. Once it is done, the following additional information can be recovered from the player.
  • Player’s squad name (Players can find their Squad name in the Account tab of the in-game Settings menu).
  • Player’s Hero Name (whom they had chosen at the beginning).
  • The server on which the player is playing.
  • The Account ID (The ID which players have copied).
  • The Date and Time when the issue has occurred.
  • The Device Model.
  • The title of the query and a detailed description of the issue inside the Content field.
  • Finally, players need to attach relevant screenshots of the issue for them, to assist player’s better.

  • Once all the inputs have been provided, players must scroll down to the bottom of the page, entering the email ID in the reply notification field and tap on Submit.

Upon clicking on submit, the 1:1 Customer Service Ticket would be successfully raised. The Developer team will get back to the player within 72 hours in the mail ID you have provided.

How to contact via Marvel Future Revolution Official Website

Players can directly go to the official help website of Marvel Future Revolution and access the customer service option from there. It could be another alternative, in the case where players are facing login problems and cannot access the in-game support option.

  • Visiting the Official Forum would take the players to the see the Official Notice Board, Posts, Event Updates, Patch Notes and more.
