New Mega Evolved Pokémon, Mega Charizard Y, is now available in Pokémon Unite. To commemorate its release, you can participate in the Mega Charizard Y 10,000-meter Challenge Event to get its Unite License, Background, Frame, and many other exciting rewards for free.
In this article, I’ll walk you through the Pokémon Unite Mega Charizard Y Challenge Event and how to get its Unite License for free.
How to get the Mega Charizard Y Unite License from the 10,000-Meter Challenge Event
To get Mega Charizard Y’s exclusive Unite License, you’d have to navigate to the 10,000-meter Challenge Event in the events tab. In this event, you have to cheer Mega Charizard Y on its Challenge to fly high, up to 10,000 Meters. To do this, you have to complete simple missions, allowing you to cheer Mega Charizard Y and increase its Flight altitude.
On reaching specific Altitude points, you can claim exclusive rewards, including Mega Charizard Y’s Unite License for Free. The following are some tips to note while participating in the 10,000 Meter Challenge event.
- During the event, you can log in daily and clear missions to take on the cheer challenge.
- The Cheer Challenge can increase Mega Charizard Y’s Altitude by 100, 200, 300, or 400 meters. All rewards have an equal chance of 25%
- If you don’t want to participate in each of the tasks. You can use 5x Aeos Gems to instantly clear Daily missions. 10x Aeos Gems for each Weekly mission, while 5 Aeos Gems for Special Missions.
- You can spend up to 1500 Aeos Gems to instantly reach 10,000 meters and claim Mega Charizard Y. This amount will reduce depending on how many meters you have covered beforehand.
Missions and Rewards in Charizard Y Event
To motivate Mega Charizard Y to fly higher, you’d need to complete some simple Login and match tasks. You will receive some Cheer Chances from completing these tasks. The tasks are as follows:
- Log in to the Game (Daily) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Score a total of 80 Goals (Special) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Log in a total of 7 Days (Special) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Win 10 Battles (Special) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Score a total of 3 Goals (Special) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Make a total of 10 assists (Special) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Log in a total of 3 days (Special) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Use a Unite Move 3 times (Special) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Participate in 3 battles with Pokémon of different roles (Special) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Participate in 1 battle with Attacker-type Pokémon (Special) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Participate in 1 battle with All-rounder type Pokémon (Special) –1 Cheer Chance
- Participate in 2 battles with All-rounder Pokémon (Daily) – 1 Cheer Chance
- Make a total of 30 assists (Weekly) – 2 Cheer Chances
Milestone Rewards in Mega Charizard Y Challenge Event
The main goal of this event is for Mega Charizard Y to reach 10,000 meters in altitude. You’ll be able to claim some exciting rewards upon reaching some altitude milestones. These rewards are highlighted below:
- Mega Charizard Y Unite License – 10,000 meters
- Mega Charizard Y Exclusive Background – 8000 meters
- Mega Charizard Y themed Frame – 6000 meters
- Mega Charizard Y exclusive Sticker – 4000 meters
- 3-day Limited License: Mega Charizard Y – 2000 Meters
Judging by the missions and tasks, you should be able to obtain the Mega Charizard Y Unite License for free within 2 weeks of completing the simple Login and match tasks.
