- The Clash Royale free evolution event will be in two phases

I know, reading this title is lip-smacking for sure, but this isn’t any hack or such. Supercell’s Clash Royale is feeling generous and is giving everyone a free Card Evolution, and starting August 26th, 2024, you can participate in the event while also earning freebies by logging in daily until September 4th, 2024.
How to get a free Card Evolution in Clash Royale
Without wasting time, let us get to the point. Well, the process of choosing the card of your choice is simple: you’ll get a popup in-game where you can choose the Evolution of your choice. The list of options is given below.

From the list, I think it is pretty clear that you won’t be able to choose the latest Evolutions that arrived a couple of seasons before, but you can select from a list of great available ones. If you change your mind, you can switch your choice anytime during the event, but do it before the event ends.
If you already have Evolution Shards for the selected card, you’ll get 1,000 shards of that card for each unused shard instead. Once you make your selection, you’ll get a popup confirming your choice and can claim your Evolution from the shop between September 4th and 13th, 2024.
Now, coming to different cases, if you forget to choose an Evolution, you’ll receive the Archers Evolution automatically during the Giveaway Period. If you already have all Evolutions unlocked, your Evolution Shards will be converted into Wild Cards.
Best Evolution to pick in Clash Royale
Getting a freebie card is great, but which would be a good choice? Most of the players who have plenty of evolutions may go for the card which they feel is more unlikely to pull and extend their collection. While others will see which option positively helps their matches.
If you ask me, depending on your primary deck you should choose what you feel like. My recommendations for those who can’t guess to select any evolution card would be Tesla, Knight, Skeleton, Zap, and Bomber without any particular order as in my use case, they’ve been amazing.
