The Zombies’ experience in Call Of Duty Mobile has already been exciting, and it has got leveled up with the arrival of the new Undead Siege zombies game mode. And to make things more exciting in this mode, the new Aether Hunt event has also started which includes more missions and rewards to play for. Players will be able to interact with the wicked Dr. Edward Richtofen, as this master schemer is at the cutting edge of the COD Mobile Zombies Aether Hunt event. How to play the Aether Hunt event in COD Mobile
In the Undead Siege mode, players have to fortify their bases and protect them from the hordes of zombies. However, the new Aether Hunt event has other objectives to complete. To get started with the Aether Hunt, you’ll need to navigate onto the Zombies menu in the game. Located on the home screen, this separate menu will allow you to keep an eye on your Zombies’ progress in an organized space differing from your traditional Multiplayer and Battle Royale menus.
The goal which players need to complete in this mode is to expand the collection of Aether. They can do so by searching for and destroying Aether ores obtainable in the separate menu. Different from the crystals that are found in some of the PC games of the COD franchise, these mobile variants are divided into yellow and purple ores/crystals. After collecting yellow Aether ores, the player will be rewarded with a specific amount of Aether. The yellow ore is regarded as more of a basic crystal.
Moreover, the purple ores are the ones that players can look forward to having. These will offer the player a far greater quantity of Aether. However, if you’re finding it tough to find more of both ores, there are daily event tasks that are refreshed on a daily basis.
Also, on top of these daily tasks, players will also be able to take on one additional limited-time challenge for a chance to earn more Aether. Once you are completed with your ore collection, you can extract them on the Aether Hunt menu within the Zombies hub.
Rewards in the Aether Hunt event
Although the Aether Hunt event is said to be a limited-time event, the exact end of the date for this event has not been specified yet. Until an official date is announced, there are a plethora of tasks to get your hands filled with. Here is what rewards you can get in this event:
Mainline Tasks
- Break 3 Aether Crystals in Undead Siege Hard.
- Kill one zombie in Undead Siege – Hard with a Molotov Cocktail.
- Drive 100 meters in Undead Siege Hard.
- Upgrade a turret to the max level in Undead Siege – Hard.
- Kill three zombies with a vehicle in Undead Siege – Hard.
One Time Challenges
- Headshot 50 times in any mode.
- Rescue teammates ten times in Undead Siege – Hard.
- Complete 20 MP ranked matches with a K/D ratio over or equal to 1.
Daily Tasks
- Complete three matches in any mode.
- Win 5 matches in any mode.
- Daily Login for Aether Hunt.
- Kill 50 zombies in Undead Siege.
- Win 1 match in Undead Siege Hard.
- Earn 1 MVP title in MP matches.
- Repair Armor 5 times in BR matches.
- Achieve one triple kill in MP matches.
- Win 1 BR match.
The Zombies have appeared in different forms over the last few months in COD Mobile. Even after the day this Zombies mode ends in the game, COD Mobile will definitely return with more uncanny surprises in the future.
