If you are into Monster Hunting games, then probably you have heard of Dauntless. Released in the first quarter of 2019, Dauntless is a free to play action game inspired by Capcom’s Monster Hunter Series. Back in 2019, when the game went out of beta, the developers, Phoenix Labs had announced about the development of a mobile version of Dauntless. Since then, there were no updates. However, recently, on their update roadmap, Phonenix Labs have mentioned about deprioritization of Dauntless Mobile development.
Dauntless Mobile is not coming anytime soon
Currently, the game is available on PC, Xbox One and PS4. And Dauntless Mobile was supposed to arrive after the launch on Consoles and Epic Games store.
However, it did not happen. And there were no updates on Dauntless Mobile since then. But now it seems, Phoenix Labs is prioritizing the core game and deprioritizing the development of the mobile version of Dauntless. They have mentioned on a recent note,

We can only wait for a better game in the future
While this announcement can be saddening for many, we should not forget that the better the core game becomes, the good it is for the future mobile version. Phoneix Labs focusing on improving their core game says that they are trying to listen to the community feedback and not venturing into another platform just for the sake of the development.
