Fortnite: Epic Games to end Chapter 3 Season 2 with the Collision event

Run wild in Collision with your squad!

With the termination of Chapter 3 Season 2, Epic Games has once again decided to keep loopers on their toes with a new event without revealing much about it. The Fortnite season ends on June 4, 2022, with this event called Collision. The event will begin at 4 pm ET, the loopers will be able to hop into Fortnite for the one-time-only conclusion to the game’s Zero Point storyline

Collision event to end the Chapter 3 Season 2 with a bang

Epic Games has kept most of the details a secret but with the latest ongoing updates and unveiling of items, we do speculate a few things. This event has a good chance of involving the mech and based on Epic Games’ latest art for the game we might see a changed atmosphere which would look like a new threat that’s freezing the island.

To add up to the glory of the conclusion, players who log in on June 4 starting at 8 am ET will receive an exclusive loading screen and lobby track. Just like the previous events, the loopers can log in 30 minutes early to avoid queues and guarantee their spot in the Collision event. This event needs a whole squad of 4 players.

Complete quests and use all your resources before the Collision event in Fortnite

Before collision starts, the loopers will want to complete all the incomplete quests and use up all the resources. This may include:

  • Completing Prowler’s Special Quests
  • Gathering any remaining Omni Chips to unlock variants of the Omni Sword pickaxe
  • Trading in any remaining Battle Stars in exchange for rewards

The point worth noting here is that any unused Battle stars will be automatically redeemed for the earliest available rewards, but unspent Omni Chips will be lost as soon as the event ends. But the rewards and quests from packs like the Golden Touch Quest pack will be carried to the next season.

The Bargain Bin Week will start once again on May 31st at 9 AM ET and it will cut the cost of all Character services ad exotic item trades for all your remaining Bars. Note that the Bars will expire at the end of the season.
