Genshin Impact version 2.8, Summer Fantasia, re-opened the Great Apple Archipelago for exploration for the players with many events and quests. One of the 2 character banners would feature Scarlet Leaves Pursue Wild Waves Kaedehara Kazuha (Anemo). This would be the first rerun of Kazuha. 4-star characters that would also be featured in the banner are Shikanoin Heizou (Anemo), Ningguang (Geo), and Thoma (Pyro).
Till this banner is available, Heizou would be exclusively available in the Character Banner only. And after the banner ends, Heizou would also be available in standard wish, Wanderlust Invocation.
2nd Character Banner in Genshin Impact Version 2.8 Phase I: Sparkling Steps
2nd Character banner would feature Fleeting Sunlight Klee (Pyro). This would be the 2nd re-run for Klee. And the 4-star characters in both the banners would be the same. So, Heizou (Anemo), Ningguang (Geo) and Thoma (Pyro).
Test Run trials will be open to test out the character you want to pull

Kazuha is one of the best characters in the game. He can be fitted in almost all teams. Farming artifacts for Kazuha is also very easy as players just have to concentrate on building Elemental Mastery. And Klee is one of the most iconic characters of Genshin Impact.
