Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is introducing lots of new features while refining existing ones to enhance the gameplay experience for players. They are now planning to remove the Free Chat feature and introduce Quick Chat and Battle Emotes features at MLBB Match Results. This implementation is only for the match result screen and will not affect the chat during a match.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang to add new Quick Chat and Battle Emotes features at the Results screen
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is adding new Quick Chat and Battle Emotes features while removing the current free chat feature in the game. This change has already been implemented in the Advance Server, and Grayscale testing has begun on the Original Server.
Grayscale testing for chat optimization on the match result screen is currently underway on the original server. If your server is included in the grayscale testing, you will receive an invitation notification in your inbox.
MLBB is once again following the footsteps of League of Legends by removing the free chat feature to minimize toxic chat behavior. Although you can still chat freely during the game, these new features will only be available on the match result screen for now.
Mobile Legends is optimizing chat features to provide you with a more friendly and enjoyable communication experience in the game while reducing toxic behavior from some players.
You won’t face abuse or insults for receiving a bronze rating after the match, and your enemies won’t be able to taunt you once the match is over. You also won’t be able to taunt others, which is a letdown. In my opinion, a bit of taunting and mild toxicity adds more excitement to the game.
