Revamped Emblems have been out on Advanced Server in Mobile Legends for a while now, with developers making some changes here and there to suit the players. Players have found this system confusing, as newer Talents with their changes of effects are difficult to comprehend always. Developers have now decided that existing Talents will remain and values and some minor changes. Along with these small changes, with Hero and Battlefield Adjustments, we will break down the release of a new hero Ixia, in this Mobile Legends Patch 1.7.78 Update.
New Hero: Ixia
The newest hero, Ixia is a Marksman, which has been introduced in the game. She has invented her own unique Arclight weapon.
Passive – Arc Siphon
Ixia’s skills and Basic Attacks apply a mark on enemies. When Ixia performs a Basic Attack on an enemy with two marks, the attack will become an Arc Siphon, dealing extra damage and restoring HP to Ixia. Ixia’s Basic Attacks do not benefit from Lifesteal.
Skill 1 – Dual Arc
Ixia fires 2 Arclight beams in the target direction, dealing Physical Damage. Enemies hit by both beams will take double damage.
Skill 2 – Arc Helix
Ixia launches a canister of Arc energy in the target direction, pulling enemies to the center line after a short delay.
Ultimate – Arclight Barrage
- Passive: Ixia gradually gains Movement Speed while out of combat but loses the effect upon entering combat.
- Active: Ixia enters the Barrage state, transforming her cannons into 6 smaller weapons, increasing the range of her skills, and allowing her Basic Attacks to hit up to 6 targets in the Ultimate’s fan-shaped area.
Mobile Legends Patch 1.7.78 Update: Hero Adjustments
Novaria (Adjusted)
Novaria’s Ultimate removed the CD of Astral Sphere, but the skill required travel time and was not made to be spammed. Because of the conflicting skill designs, developers decided to remove the no CD effect from her Ultimate. Developers have reduced the CD of both her Skill 2 and Ultimate so they can be used more often. Developers have also reduced her Skill 1’s base damage because she was clearing lanes too quickly.
Skill 1 (↓)
Base Damage: 100-200 >> 80-155
Skill 2 (↑)
Cooldown: 10s >> 8 s
Ultimate
- Cooldown: 60-40s >> 40-30s

- Her model outline and shadow will no longer be visible while in Camouflage.
- Enhanced Basic Attack time limit after leaving Camouflage: 2s >> 1s
Hylos (Adjusted)

Silvanna (Adjusted)
Developers hoping to make the countermeasures to Silvanna’s Spiral Strangling more clear. It’s even easier to escape backward or forward than to escape to the sides. After trapping an enemy with her Ultimate, Silvanna’s Skill 2 can deal full damage more easily.
Skill 2 (~)
- The pull effect is being strengthened.
- They will be able to combine Talents freely and try new playstyles without having to learn new Talents. Meanwhile, the developers make all Talents available for a limited time to encourage everyone to try different Talent sets.
