X.Borg is a very strong fighter with his burst damage, which can be used in both the early and late game stages in Mobile Legends. As a good offlaner Borg is well known in the community. He hates all Eruditio citizens and always finds a way to burn them down. So whenever you see your enemy picked squishy heroes just don’t hesitate to pick Borg. He got some massive damage skills with low CD. As per the say Set me on fire so don’t forget to activate the Heat Mark on the enemy. Skill Analysis

X.Borg is a hero that has four abilities which are one passive and three actives. In this X.Borg guide, let’s see what are his abilities in Mobile Legends, and when you can use which skill to get the best out of him.

Passive – Firaga Armor

Basically its an energy layer on your base HP, it has its own different colour. This armour means to sock all of your damage. When the armour’s HP fully out Borg leaves the armour and roll over to a designated direction according to your left-hand joystick’s movement.

In the armor-less state, he will change his firing skills mode into a long-distance narrow-angle area damage mode and starting to regenerate his mana bar by every successful hit. When the mana bar is full he will again put on his armor while restoring 30% of his HP.

Borg’s basic attack damage or fire damage both activates a single heat mark on enemy,when it reaches upto 6 bar the enemy/creeps will drop a Firaga energy bar which can restores his mana by 15% when armor-less state and 10% when his firega armor is on.

Skill 1 – Fire Missiles (AoE)

Armored State

Borg fires the missile in the form of flame to a designated direction and dealing 30/44/58/72/86/100 amount of physical damage. When the enemy’s heat mark reaches its max level the enemy will take true damage and slow down by 10%. This skill has a very low CD so spam it whenever it available, to clear lanes, or check the bush before ganking.

Armorless State

Borg changes his firing skills into a long-range narrow distance area. In case of basic attacks, he shoots only one single missile.

Skill 2 – Fire Skate (CC)

Armored State

X.Borg releases 5 tin can-shaped things in a fan-shaped area and it will return to his body after 1.7 seconds while dealing 50/60/70/80/90/100 amount of physical damage. This skill’s specialty is, when the skates are returning to his body it will pull back all the things in its way including enemies and Firaga energy bars.

Armorless State

He sends the fire skates at a long distance while reducing the skate gaps. The pullback effect remains the same.

Skill 3 – Last Insanity (AoE, Burst)

Pressing this skill first time he will jump forward and spray flames in a large area dealing 200/250/300 amount of physical damage while we can move the hero by joystick. After 3 seconds it explodes and dealing 300/500/700 amount of True damage. Then he again removes his armor and jumps into a designated direction.

Pressing this skill before 3sec it will end the flame shower and explodes immediately. The fun part about X.Borg is though Borg is a physical damage type hero, we can convert his physical damage into magical damage.

Fighter Emblem will work pretty good with X.Borg, put your talent points like this:

Spells

In our opinion Flicker is the most useful spell while you queuing as solo, by using flicker Borg can escape from any tricky CC situation. At first, the firaga armors burst and if you use flicker after that then you can dash a long way from the enemy. Or else you can use Sprint or Arrival ( playing as 5 man lobby team and got two laning heroes, helps you to defend turret or ganking )

Best Builds for X.Borg in Mobile Legends

Build 1

• Warrior Boots
• Immortality
• Bloodlust Axe

• Athena’s Shield
• Queen’s Wings/Hunter Strike

You can use this build to dominate the lane phase easily, focus on your core items. In this build, 1st put Immortality cause it will give you a thick shield and then buy bloodlust axe to deal true damage side by side regaining your HP. If the enemy team has more burst or damage type hero wrap yourself with the last two defence items, in case the enemy team has squishy heroes buy Hunter strike in the place of Queen’s Wings.

Build 2

• Warrior Boots
• Bloodlust Axe
• Immortality
• Blade of Despair
• Glowing Wand
• Ice Queen Wand

In the beginning, we told you that Borg is very fun to play hero, you can convert his physical damage into magic damage. In this build, 1st focus on Bloodlust Axe and gain a spontaneous HP regain. Then put on a Shield. After that spend your money on the last 2 magical items. In the late game phase, while BoD deals massive physical damage, a glowing wand will burn your enemies for three seconds, and queens wand passive will slow them. It will help you to gank your targets easily with ulti. Immortality is very crucial for Borg in both builds, cause when it resurrects it also restores his armor with his base HP.( focus on farming in the early game if you want to build this item sets)

Mobile Legends X.Borg Gameplay Tips

X.Borg is an offlaner hero, we personally suggest that play as Borg in the top lane. It will help you to farm faster while defending the turret. This hero completely relies on his S1 and player’s common sense. We can break it down in three phases. Our X.Borg guide includes the perfect game plan for the early, middle, and late game in Mobile Legends.

Early Game

In early game try to be aggressive, cause he has a good amount of sustain damage. Clear the 1st wave of minions, secure the small crab, clear the 2nd sets of minions or just protect your buff from enemy assassins. Wait for the ultimate crab, try to take it. In that meantime you will be leveled up as 4, then do the 1^st gank in the top in order to kill enemy carry if you get a successful rotation from the tank. Or else you rotate to the mid and gank there. spam your skill 1 in this stage, it is very important to avoid unwanted enemy ambush.

Mid Game

In the mid game phase try to push turrets, don’t indulge yourself in unnecessary fights. Farm whenever you get chance, remember Borg is fully dependent upon his HP so in this order you can buy your core items too. Use this skill combos to execute enemy in this stage.

S1+Basic attack+S2+S1+S3

Late Game

In the late game focus on team fights, roam in the bush to ambush squishy enemy heroes like mm and mage. Invade enemy buff with your carrier or do a surprise attack on enemy ADC. X.Borg is the perfect hero for tower diving. So don’t try to initiate a fight, wait for the perfect moment to jump on the enemy whole team while they are trying to escape.

Always try to heat enemy with your skill 1 or ultimate,it will slow them and force them to take true damage.Place the 2^nd skill to prevent enemies from escaping,but if enemy do that with their blink power just use your flicker during ultimate and finish them. Try to cast this skill sets in late stage:

Skill3+Skill2+Flicker+Skill3+Skill1

Note: You can not fight back after immortality, so use your ultimate as an escape tool. He is very weak against high magic damage heroes.
