NEXON has announced the upcoming launch of their highly anticipated, MMORPG, Mabinogi Mobile, scheduled to launch on 27th March 2025 on both Android and iOS. Based on the popular and long-running IP, Mabinogi, the mobile port was first announced back in February 2021, and was later showcased in 2021 with two other mobile games, and then again at G- STAR 2022.

Mabinogi Mobile is a mobile adaptation of the beloved MMORPG title, Mabinogi, developed by devCAT studio, and originally launched in 2004. This mobile port is also bringing new encounters, storylines, and characters that were not featured in the original game.
It was supposed to be released in 2024, as revealed in Nexon’s mobile games pipeline for 2024, alongside titles like Dungeon & Fighter Mobile, MapleStory Worlds, HIT The World, and Project Overkill. However, it got delayed, and we are finally getting an official date for the launch, revealed through the new The World of Romance and Adventure You’ve Been Dreaming of” teaser video.
The teaser showcases a character, who I believe is the main protagonist traveling through a dimensional portal, where he encounters various enemies, including a dragon-like creature. It features several characters and enemies, finally introducing Nao, the guardian of Soul Stream, who guides Milletians in the world of Erinn.
While the video didn’t reveal any gameplay details, we hope to find more information during the upcoming Showcase on February 6, 2025, on YouTube. I am pretty excited about this title, and looking forward to the showcase. Mabinogi Mobile will launch on Android and iOS on 27th March 2025.
