G- STAR 2022 is the largest South Korean gaming convention organized by the Korea Association of Game Industry (K-GAMES), where the top developers of the industry showcase their new titles. G-STAR 2022 Games Showcase will take place in BEXCO, Busan, Korea and is expected to have over 250,000 visitors. The showcase will take place from November 17th – 20th 2022, and will showcase games from all platforms. Famous developers like Nexon, Netmarble, Kakao Games, Krafton and more will showcase their newest games at the event. In the BTC section, visitors can play and get experience with various newly released games by the developers. The BTC section will include a PC/Online Game zone, Mobile Game zone, Arcade Game zone, Board Game zone, Console Game zone, SME Pavilion, Korea’s Content Industry Pavilion, Event Stage, etc.

BTB Hall is an exclusive and relaxed space just for businesses where interested people can find business opportunities with the big developers. The BTB Hall will include International Pavilion, Game Company Booths, Network Lounge, Matching Making System, and others.
In the meantime, various concurrent events will also take place throughout the event time. The concurrent events will include Welcome Reception, Opening Ceremony, G-CON, Korea Game Awards, Indie Game Showcase, Game Cosplay Awards, E-Sports Events and others.
Global Game Exhibition G-STAR 2022: List of new games from developers
Nexon
1. Mabinogi Mobile
‘Mabinogi Mobile‘ will have brand-new encounters, narratives, and characters that weren’t featured in the original. The game will be available for mobile platforms only and will also be available for demo throughout the event.
2. The First Descendent
The First Descendent is a first-person shooter game for PC and PS5, being developed by Nexon Games. The game recently completed its first global test and will be available for demo for the public at Global Game Exhibition G-STAR 2022.
3. Kart Rider: Drift
After the famous hit Kart Rider, Nexon has developed a new game of the series called Kart Rider: Drift. The game will feature 4K UHD graphics and HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology. Players can try out the game at the G-STAR 2022 Games Showcase for mobile and PC platforms.
4. Dave the Diver
Dave the Diver has been released recently on the PC platform on October 27th. The game ranked #1 in the best game chart for Steam on November 7. Nexon will demonstrate the PC and a new Switch version of the game at the G-STAR 2022 exhibition.
Netmarble
1. Level Up Alone
Level Up Alone is an action RPG based on the original webtoon. The game will be available for demonstration at the event on PC and mobile platforms. Visitors can participate in the Time Attack Mode event during G-Star and receive a novel signed by the original author.
2. Hype Squad
Hype Squad, the upcoming PC online Battle Royale game by Netmarble will also be available in the G-STAR 2022 exhibition. The game has already completed two global tests and will be available for demonstration on the PC platform for visitors.
3. Arthdal Chronicles
Arthdal Chronicles is an open-world MMORPG that will give the players a very similar real-life experience with exciting features like day and night, climate change play, and political and economic conflicts and cooperation between the alliance and the three factions. The game will be available for demonstration on mobile and PC platforms.
4. Paragon: The Overprime
Paragon: The Overprime is an upcoming action MOBA game for PC. The game creates an exciting mix of MOBA and third-person shooter games. The game will be available for demonstration on the PC platform during the event.
Kakao Games
1. Ares: Rise of Guardians
Ares: Rise of Guardians is a multi-platform MMORPG based on a near-future world. The game is supposed to be released in the first half of 2023 and will be available for demonstration on PC and mobile during the G-STAR 2022 Games Showcase.
2. Goddess Order
Goddess Order is a side-scrolling action RPG set in a medieval fantasy world based on dot graphics. The mobile version of the game will be available for demonstration during the event.
3. Dysterra
Dysterra is a multiplayer survival FPS game set in a dystopian world and features a shooting-based combat system as well as elements of survival games such as gathering, crafting, and construction. The PC version of the game will be available for demonstration at the Kaokao Games booth.
Krafton
1. Callisto Protocol
Callisto Protocol is supposed to be released on December 2 this year. However, visitors can try the game for the first time at the G-STAR 2022 Games Showcase.
2. Moonbreaker
Moonbreaker is a turn-based strategy tabletop tactics game developed by Unknown Worlds. The PC version of the game will also be available for demonstration in the G-STAR 2022 exhibition.
HoYoverse
1. Honkai: Star Rail
Honkai: Star Rail is a new game by HoYoverse based on real-time action. It is an open-world RPG based on turn-based combats. The game will be available for demonstration at the HoYoverse booth during the event.
2. Zenless Zone Zero
Zenless Zone Zero is a new 3D anime-themed title featuring a solid storyline, an action battle system, and high-quality graphics and visual effects. The game will also be available for demonstration at the HoYoverse booth during the event.
Level Infinite
1. Goddess of War: NIKKE
Goddess of War: NIKKE is a sci-fi RPG gacha-style shooting game developed by Shift Up and published by Level Infinite. The game was released globally a few days earlier and received massive support from the gacha fans on mobile. Goddess of War: NIKKE will also be available for demonstration during the event.
Neowiz
1. Lies of P
Users may play “Lies of P” by Neowiz in the second exhibition hall, which received the first three gold awards in Korea at the Gamescom Awards.
Flint
1. Become a Star 2: Knights of Vedic
The dark medieval fantasy video game “Become a Star 2” offers deftly crafted visuals with action MMORPG elements, a compelling narrative, sharp audio, and the complete voices of prominent voice actors. The game will be available for demonstration at the booth of Flint during the G-STAR 2022 games showcase.
