Pokemon GO: Leaks reveal Gholdengo is coming in the March Community Day 2023

As per the latest leaks from the Dataminers, they seem to have found some of the expected new content for Pokemon GO ahead of the Pokemon GO March Community Day 2023. Fans have speculated endlessly about what will be revealed, with many of them believing that Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will finally receive a significant DLC announcement.

Every month, Pokemon GO hosts a Community Day where players may catch a tonne of one species of Pokemon and very easily locate shiny variations of them. Typically, a Pokemon with three evolution stages or one that needs a lot of candy to evolve is featured on Community Day.

An exception to this norm was shown last year when Kantonian and Alolan Sandshrew were both featured on one day. In 2021, we also celebrated Eevee Community Day, breaking the tradition. And now, Niantic has announced the dates for some of the upcoming Pokemon GO Community Days in 2023 along with dates for additional in-game events.

Gholdengo is expected to make its debut in the Pokemon GO March Community Day 2023

The most recent discovery appears to hint at content Niantic is preparing for the Pokémon Day presentation, including 3D models for Gimmighoul’s roaming form and later its Gholdengo evolution from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Although Gimmighoul’s Chest Form has already been spotted in Pokemon GO, this would be the first appearance of both of these species.

Nevertheless, the entrance of Gholdengo into Pokemon GO isn’t the only upgrade if this datamine is accurate. A Festival of Colors bowl, a new Sparkly incense and lure, a Photo Safari tutorial, the addition of the Paldea Pokedex, and more are also shown in the image. Players might need to use these items to find the Paldean ghost type since, intriguingly, the Sparkly Incense is based on Gimmighoul’s chest form. Stay tuned for more details about March Community Day and beyond.
