DeNA Co., Ltd. has announced to shutdown the service of their fantasy turn-based RPG, Pokémon Masters EX in Vietnam on November 27, 2024. If you are from the region, you can continue to enjoy all the game features until the service ends.
Pokémon Masters EX will be running all its services as it is until its EOS in Vietnam
Pokémon Masters EX is a fantasy turn-based RPG set in the Pokémon universe, allowing you to embark on adventures with your favorite Trainers and their Pokémon as the game includes Champions, Elite Four members, Gym Leaders, and visitors from the past.
You can customize your character, team up, and interact with Trainers from the Hisui and Paldea region, and more. You can also engage with Trainers in the Trainer Lodge and capture special photos together, hatch Eggs to obtain new Pokémon, and build your unique team by assembling Pokémon and Trainers for exciting team-based battles.
Unfortunately, as mentioned earlier, the game is shutting down in Vietnam this November. According to the in-game notice, all features will remain available until the service ends on November 27. After that date, you won’t be able to play the game even if you still have the application, same as other games that have reached the end of service (EOS).
Please note that the schedule is subject to change, meaning the EOS can happen either earlier or later than the planned date.
Fans were already anticipating a potential discontinuation of the game, even for the global version. We can only hope that doesn’t happen, as this is a very generous Gacha game, and the game should release more content to retain its player base. The global version is still running with new updates underway, so there is no need to worry.
