HoYoverse has announced a special limited-time event in Tears of Themis titled “A Toast to Our Love,” celebrating one of its beloved characters Vyn Richter‘s birthday. Starting September 14, 2024, players will have the chance to create unforgettable memories with Vyn through birthday-themed challenges, exclusive rewards, and the release of a new SSR card.
Tears of Themis Vyn Richter’s Birthday event: A Toast to Our Love
In honor of Vyn Richter’s birthday on September 27, HoYoverse is gradually rolling out celebratory events under the theme “A Toast to Our Love.” During this event period, players—known as Attorneys—can participate in exclusive birthday tasks, engage in debate challenges using Vyn cards, and enjoy charming outings with him.
These activities will allow players to collect special rewards, including the Vyn R card “Candlelight,” the limited birthday Invitation “Departure from Dreams,” the event Badge, and more. As a highlight of the event, players logging in during this time will also receive an exclusive voice call from Vyn, adding a personal touch to the celebration.
New Vyn SSR Card will be available as part of the celebration
Beginning on September 17, 2024, an all-new SSR card, “Journey Forth With You,” will be available for Vyn fans. The card, which features a deeper exploration into Vyn’s past, will have an increased draw rate during the event. The storyline attached to the card delves into Vyn’s reflections on freedom and love, setting a romantic tone for the occasion.
Additionally, reruns of past Vyn Richter‘s birthday events will be available, giving players a second chance to obtain exclusive SSR cards such as “Dreams of Light” and “A Star in the Night.” Past birthday outfits and furniture will also return, allowing players to relive treasured moments from previous celebrations.
