An exciting new update for the free-to-play action role-playing game Torchlight: Infinite has just been released. Players on PC and mobile devices are invited to venture into The Sea of Void with a pirate’s bounty of content, features, and in-game events to explore in the newly released season of Torchlight: Infinite, called “Blacksail.”
Torchlight: Infinite brings new boss and a new playable hero, Erika along with new ways to play
Take on The Lord of the Void Sea, the new endgame boss in Torchlight, in a swashbuckling adventure that gamers won’t want to miss. With tonnes of stuff to pilfer and boost your squad of Hunters, there are many rewards up for grabs. With the release of Blacksail, Torchlight: Infinite also brings Cateye Erika as a new playable hero who can be obtained through the game’s new battle pass for this season. She is a swift, damage-dealing Hunter with dual blades who is ideal for those that want a high offensive playstyle.
As the game develops with each new season, existing heroes will also receive some time in the spotlight. Rehan and Moto, two players’ favorites in Blacksail, will get Hero Traits that may be unlocked. This gives players more ways to employ them and improving setups. Two gameplay videos featuring these Hero Traits, such as Moto’s Charge Calling and Rehan’s Seething Silhouette, have been produced by XD.
The latest Blacksail season also enhances new customizations and controller support
The addition of a new loadout slot where players can attach Hero Relics, a new class of equipment powered by lootable Hero Memories, will also increase player customization. Expect 12 new Pactspirits as well, providing a greater range of distinctive bonuses to strengthen your heroes.
This most recent version also adds controller support for Torchlight: Infinite and balance changes for the game’s Talents, Legendary Gear, and random Gear Affixes. Additionally, the team has been focusing on quality-of-life enhancements and optimizations.
Players can earn exciting log-in rewards from in-game events to celebrate the new season
Players can gain log-in rewards between January 13 and January 19 to commemorate the start of the newest season, including Revival Tokens, Hunter Supply Chests, Oblivion Points, Fantasy Crystals, and more. Additionally, players can participate in the Prayer’s Light event from January 13 to January 27 and complete Spring Festival objectives to win Celebration Lanterns. With daily mission updates, these can be redeemed for items like Revival Tokens, Oblivion Points, and Insight Crystals.
Players can unlock Erika’s Legendary Hero Apparel: Sweetheart Maid, unlocking the following cosmetics, as part of the Sweetheart Shooting Star Boon Event, which runs concurrently with a new battle pass filled with prize levels:
- Legendary Skin: Sweetheart “Maid”
- Hero apparel: King of Hearts Axe
- Skill Effect: Blind Passion
- Body Effect: Twin Hearts
- Footprint Effect: Heart Shooting Star
Last but not least, XD has also revealed a brand-new community competition that will pit streamers against one another to attain Timemark 6 and take down the Traveller monster as quickly as possible. Based on the streamer’s rank that they choose to support during this event, the supporters of the streamers will be the ones receiving prizes in this interactive competition.
Participants only need to input their designated code on the Torchlight Infinite redemption menu page to support a streamer. Then, as a thank-you gift, all streamers’ supporters will get 50 Primocrysts straight away. All eligible participants will receive prizes at the event’s conclusion based on the final standing of the streamer they choose.
Torchlight: Infinite will also partner with Maxroll for players to create and share hero builds
Maxroll will launch a new part for Torchlight: Infinite later this month. Here, users may design and share hero builds using the platform’s user-friendly builder tool and game database. Among lovers of ARPG games, Maxroll is one of the best sources for Maxroll, serving major titles in the genre like titles as Diablo III, Path of Exile, and Lost Ark.
Hunters may now access levelling, endgame, and boss guidelines as well as continuing to fine-tune their character loadouts thanks to this new relationship with Torchlight: Infinite. For the start of Season 2, you may watch their members stream and produce video on Twitch and YouTube.
